摘  要:平煤集团梁北二井矿区地质条件极其复杂,在施工主井北车场工程时,巷道受DF702断层和上部砂岩含水层混合影响,工作面岩石极其破碎,砂岩水沿工作面顶板和迎头的导水裂隙流出,涌水量约20 m^(3)/h,采用常规的管棚注浆起不到支护效果。为了突破该技术难题,经过多次研讨、分析和实践,研究出了一套“远近兼顾、疏堵结合、先治后掘”的施工技术,通过远距离疏放降低水压,采用深孔注浆封堵深部导水通道,然后在工作面进行双层管棚管注浆堵水并加固围岩,保证了极复杂地质条件下巷道的安全、高效施工。The geological conditions in the Liangbei Second Well mining area of Pingmei Group are extremely complex.During the construction of the main well North Yard project,the roadway was affected by the DF702 fault and the mixing of the upper sandstone aquifer,resulting in extremely fragmented rocks on the working face.Sandstone water flowed out along the roof and the water conducting cracks on the front face,with a water inflow of about 20 m^(3)/h.Conventional pipe shed grouting could not provide support.In order to overcome this technical challenge,after multiple discussions,analyses,and practices,a construction technology that considers both distance and distance,combines dredging and blocking,and treats first before excavation has been developed.By reducing water pressure through remote dredging,deep hole grouting is used to block deep water channels,and then double layer pipe shed pipe grouting is carried out on the working face to block water and reinforce the surrounding rock,ensuring safe and efficient construction of tunnels under extremely complex geological conditions.
