摘 要:为满足煤矿井下钻进过程中的安全生产,提高瓦斯抽采效率,通过理论研究和大量试验,揭示钻进过程中钻屑堆积和喷孔形成的机制。以自动控制系统为核心,研制出分级分类防控装置,配合不同的封孔工艺,构建智能分级防控成套的装备与技术。该技术在淮南矿区成功推广应用,实现打钻瓦斯零超限的目标,大幅减少了安全成本。In order to meet the safety of production and improve the efficiency of gas extraction during underground drilling in coal mine,the mechanism of cuttings accumulation and hole-spraying during drilling was revealed through theoretical research and a lot of tests.Based on the automatic control system as the core,a graded and classified prevention and control device had been developed,and combined with different hole sealing technology,a complete set of intelligent graded prevention and control equipment and technology had been constructed.This technology had been successfully promoted and applied in the Huainan mining area,and realized the goal of zero gas over-limit during drilling and greatly reduced the safety costs.
