Since the 21st century,American AI films have showcased three distinct value orientations, that is,orientations toward expansion, fear and destruction, which highlight the value conflicts between artificial intelligence and human society,as well as the associated ethical dilemmas. While Chinese AI films have made foundational progress,American ones have achieved the most comprehensive development and exerted significant global influence. The exploration of value construction in American AI films represents an interdisciplinary theoretical study that combines science and art, carrying a global strategic significance.Although American AI films exhibit clear competitive advantages, they should also acknowledge and reexamine the risks associated with value assessment and ethical construction.
