摘 要:秦岭,作为中国的中央水塔和生态安全屏障,其生态保护与绿色产业发展具有极其重要的战略意义。在“双碳”目标乡村振兴战略背景下,数字技术成为破解传统产业低效与污染问题的重要工具。在“科技-生态-产业”联动模型视角下,以秦岭北麓A村为例,总结A村存在的资源利用效率低、环境污染突出、清洁能源开发滞后及数字化应用不足等问题,通过遥感技术、无人机监测等数字技术的融合应用,构建“数据采集-智能决策-生态反馈”闭环机制,探讨数字技术赋能绿色产业的具体路径。结合实证案例,提出针对性政策建议,为生态脆弱区乡村绿色转型提供参考。As the Qinling Mountains is the central water tower and ecological security barrier of China,its ecological protection and green industry development are of great strategic significance.In the context of the“dual-carbon”goals and rural revitalization strategy,digital technology has become an important tool for solving the problems of inefficiency and pollution in traditional industries.From the perspective of“science and technology-ecology-industry”linkage model,taking A village in the northern foothills of the Qinling Mountains as an example,we summarize the problems of inefficient resource utilization,prominent environmental pollution,lagging development of clean energy and insufficient digital application in A village,construct a“data collection-intelligent decision-making-ecological feedback”strategy through the integration and application of remote sensing technology,drone monitoring and other digital technologies,and explore the specific pathways of digital technology empowering the green industry.Drawing on the empirical cases,this paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations to provide reference for the green transformation of villages in ecologically fragile areas.
