摘  要:目的调查和比较河南某高校医学专业与非医学专业本科生对于艾滋病防控知识的知晓情况,为艾滋病知识的校园宣传及医学生防艾职责的强化提供参考依据。方法本研究采用随机调查的形式,对河南某高校197名医学专业和304名非医学专业学生进行匿名问卷调查。调查内容涵盖艾滋病的基本概念、传播途径、预防措施、致病机制等方面的知识。结果对于艾滋病基本常识,如艾滋病的病原体、世界艾滋病日、艾滋病传播途径等医学专业与非医学专业学生知晓率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但对于日常接触(如握手、共餐、蚊虫叮咬)不会传播艾滋病的常识医学专业学生知晓程度高于非医学专业学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时医学专业学生更愿意给予人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)携带者和艾滋病患者支持和帮助(P<0.05)。对于艾滋病相关专业知识医学专业学生知晓程度高于非医学专业学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学专业学生对艾滋病相关知识掌握较好,需要进一步加强对非医学专业学生的艾滋病防控知识教育。Objective To investigate and compared the knowledge of acquired immune deficiency syndrome prevention among medical and non-medical undergraduates at a university in Henan,so as to provide reference for acquired immune deficiency syndrome awareness campaigns on campus and to reinforce the responsibilities of medical students in acquired immune deficiency syndrome prevention.Methods This study adopted a convenience sampling method,and an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 197 students in medical majors and 304 students in non-medical majors at a university in Henan Province.The questionnaire covered knowledge about the basic concepts of acquired immune deficiency syndrome,transmission routes,preventive measures,pathogenic mechanisms,etc.Results For basic knowledge related to acquired immune deficiency syndrome,such as the causative agent of acquired immune deficiency syndrome,world acquired immune deficiency syndrome day,and the transmission routes of acquired immune deficiency syndrome,there was no statistically significant difference in awareness rates between medical and non-medical major students(P>0.05).However,for the common knowledge that daily contact(such as shaking hands,sharing meals,mosquito bites)didn’t transmit acquired immune deficiency syndrome,the awareness level of medical major students was higher than that of non-medical major students,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Additionally,medical major students were more willing to provide support and assistance to individuals infected with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)and acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients(P<0.05).Regarding specialized knowledge about acquired immune deficiency syndrome,the awareness level of medical major students was significantly higher than that of non-medical major students,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical students had a better grasp of acquired immune deficiency syndrome-related knowledge.It is necessary to further strength
