摘  要:目的探讨悬吊运动联合主被动训练仪对煤矿井下胸腰段椎体骨折患者术后康复的影响。方法本研究为前瞻性随机对照研究,纳入义煤集团总医院2019年1月至2022年12月收治的96例煤矿井下胸腰段椎体骨折患者,采用随机数表法分为A、B、C 3组,每组32例。A组进行悬吊运动训练,B组进行主被动训练仪训练,C组进行悬吊运动联合主被动训练仪训练。分别于治疗前、治疗后,采用徒手肌力评定法测定患者股四头肌、腘绳肌肌力,采用Hoffer步行能力分级评估患者步行能力,采用Brathel指数评估患者日常生活能力。结果治疗后,3组患者股四头肌、腘绳肌肌力均较治疗前有所改善,且C组改善最为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组患者Hoffer步行能力分级均较治疗前有所改善,且C组改善最为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组患者Brathel指数评分均较治疗前提高,且C组评分最高(P<0.05)。结论将悬吊运动联合主被动训练仪应用于煤矿井下胸腰段椎体骨折患者术后康复治疗中,可改善患者肌力,提升步行能力和日常生活能力。Objective To explore the effect of suspension exercise combined with active and passive training equipment on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures in coal mines.Methods This study was a prospective randomized controlled study,involving 96 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures under coal mines admitted to Yima Coal Group General Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into three groups using a random number table method,A,B,and C,with 32 patients in each group.Group A received suspension exercise training,group B received active and passive training equipment,and group C received suspension exercise combined with active and passive training equipment.Before and after treatment,the strength of the patients’quadriceps and hamstring muscles were measured by the freehand muscle strength assessment method,the walking ability of the patients was evaluated by the Hoffer walking ability classification,and the daily living ability of the patients was evaluated by the Brathel index.Results After treatment,the strength of quadriceps and hamstring muscles in the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in group C was the most obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hoffer walking ability grading of all three groups of patients improved compared to before treatment,and the improvement was most significant in group C(P<0.05).After treatment,the Brathel index scores of all three groups of patients improved compared to before treatment,and group C had the highest score(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of suspension exercise combined with active and passive training equipment in postoperative rehabilitation treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures in coal mines can improve patient muscle strength,walking ability,and daily living ability.
