发展新质生产力背景下“政治家办报”思想在新型主流媒体实践中的承继与创新

摘　　要：“政治家办报”的重要新闻思想由毛泽东于1957年提出,其核心内涵在于新闻宣传工作必须服从和服务于党和国家的工作大局,坚持党性和人民性的统一,具有重要的时代价值。新质生产力以数字化、网络化、智能化为主要特征,通过深度融合信息通信、人工智能、大数据等先进技术,推动生产方式向更高效、更智能的方向发展。在主流媒体融合发展中承继“政治家办报”思想,要坚持正确的政治方向和舆论导向,发挥媒体的社会舆论引导和公共服务功能,培养高素质的新闻工作者队伍。推进“政治家办报”思想在新质生产力条件下的创新,要构建全媒体传播格局,加强技术与内容创新,优化媒体治理结构与运营模式,强化国际传播能力建设。The important journalistic idea of“politicians running newspapers”was proposed by Mao Zedong in 1957.Its core connotation lies in the necessity for news propaganda work to serve and be subordinate to the overall work of the Party and the state,to uphold the unity of Party consciousness and people-centeredness,and it has a significant contemporary value.The new quality productive forces are characterized mainly by digitalization,networking,and intelligence.By deeply integrating advanced technologies such as information technology,artificial intelligence,and big data,it promotes the development of production methods towards greater efficiency and intelligence.In the integrated development of mainstream media,inheriting the idea of“politicians running newspapers”involves adhering to the correct political direction and public opinion orientation,leveraging the media’s functions of guiding public opinion and providing public services,and cultivating a high-quality team of journalists.To advance the innovation of the idea of“politicians running newspapers”under the conditions of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to build an omnimedia communication pattern,strengthen technological and content innovation,optimize the media governance structure and operational mode,and enhance the construction of international communication capabilities.
