摘 要:针对中国经济发展中日益凸显的收入不平等问题,缓解收入不平等成为进一步深化改革、推进中国式现代化的关键。将经济复杂度、人力资本与收入不平等纳入内生增长理论分析框架,探讨收入不平等的影响因素和影响路径,并运用2010—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,实证分析经济复杂度对收入不平等的影响,以及人力资本在这一关系中的调节效应和门槛效应。研究发现,经济复杂度、人力资本对收入不平等存在显著的缓解作用;在人力资本的调节效应和门槛效应作用下,经济复杂度对收入不平等的缓解作用随着人力资本水平的提升而增强。In light of the increasingly prominent issue of income inequality in China’s economic development,addressing income disparity has become the key to further deepening reforms and advancing the Chinese path to modernization.This paper integrated economic complexity,human capital,and income inequality into the analytical framework of the endogenous growth theory,and explored the influencing factors and pathways of income inequality.Based on the application of panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022,the paper empirically analyzed the influence of economic complexity on income inequality,as well as the moderating and threshold effects of human capital in this relationship.The study found that both economic complexity and human capital had a significant alleviating effect on income inequality.Furthermore,the mitigating effect of economic complexity on income inequality was enhanced by the moderating and threshold effects of human capital,particularly as the level of human capital improved.
