摘　　要：门座起重机(以下简称门机)作为港口发展的最基础装备,将在港口数字化、智慧化、生态化建设进程中形成一个强有力的支撑点。目前,国内港口门机装卸操作绝大部分仍采用传统的司机室人工操作,过程中暴露出运维管理粗放、作业效率低、自动化及智能化缺失、危险性高等突出问题。Nanjing Port Machinery,as a veteran and specialized port machinery equipment manufacturer,has designed and manufactured portal cranes that have topped the industry in sales for consecutive years.Its port portal crane products have also been selected as national champions in manufacturing.As the leading enterprise in portal crane manufacturing,facing the challenge that the vast majority of domestic port crane loading and unloading operations still rely on traditional manual operations in the cab,the company has driven innovation to break traditional thinking patterns.Through scientific planning and coordinated layout,and by applying modern management and digital technology,it has successfully developed a new generation of automated portal cranes with independent intellectual property rights,achieving true automated control and intelligent operation and maintenance management.
