摘　　要：我国“双碳”目标的制定,为生物天然气产业的发展创造了新的机遇。作为能源领域新质生产力的重要载体,生物天然气的开发利用对于减少温室气体排放、改善能源消费结构、保障能源安全具有重要意义。文章以生物天然气产业的独特竞争优势为抓手,基于我国生物质资源禀赋、能源消费需求和政策体系,全面评估了我国生物天然气产业的发展潜力,通过梳理发展现状,从盈利水平、供应链、生产技术及发展环境等维度剖析了当前制约我国生物天然气产业发展的主要因素,最后,从供应链建设、技术创新和政策支持层面探讨了未来产业的发展路径。The formulation and implementation of China’s“dual carbon”Goals have created significant opportunities for the development of the biogas industry.As a key driver of new-quality productive forces in the energy sector,biogas development and utilization play a crucial role in mitigating greenhouse gas emissions,optimizing the energy consumption structure,and enhancing energy security.This study first examines the unique competitive advantages of the biogas industry by considering China’s biomass resource endowment,energy demand profile,and policy framework.Through a comprehensive assessment,the study then evaluates the development potential of China’s biogas industry.By analyzing the current development status and key dimensions such as profitability,supply chain efficiency,production technology,and institutional environment,this study identifies the major constraints limiting industry growth.Furthermore,it proposes a forward-looking development strategy that emphasizes supply chain optimization,technological innovation,and an enabling policy environment to support the sustainable development of the biogas industry.
