摘  要:厌氧发酵促进剂能有效改善厌氧发酵的性能,提高厌氧发酵的效率,为了探究当前领域的研究现状及发展趋势,文章采用文献计量学和CiteSpace可视化分析软件,分别对WOS和CNKI数据库收录的1618篇、308篇厌氧发酵促进剂相关文献从发文量、国家、作者、机构、期刊、关键词、研究热点等方面进行统计分析。结果表明:我国是对厌氧发酵促进剂研究报道最多的国家,其中湖南大学的王冬波发文量最多;关键词及时间线图谱分析表明近年来的研究主要集中于促进剂对厌氧发酵代谢通路的影响;生物炭是研究最多的厌氧发酵促进剂,导电材料是研究的热点。近年来,促进剂对厌氧发酵的影响机理成为学者们关注的主要问题,并且厌氧发酵促进剂的应用呈现出市场需求增加、种类多样化、技术研发创新和应用推广标准化的趋势。Anaerobic fermentation accelerant can effectively improve the performance of anaerobic fermentation and improve the efficiency of anaerobic fermentation.In order to explore the current research status and development trend in the field,this paper adopts statistical method for the first time,with the tool of CiteSpace,a visualization software,to analyze studies related to anaerobic fermentation accelerant included in WOS and CNKI databases.The studies,1618 in WOS and 308 in CNKI,are analyzed from the aspects of the number of publications,countries,authors,institutions,journals,keywords and research hotspots.The results showes that China owns the most studies on anaerobic fermentation promoters,among which Wang Dongbo from Hunan University contributed the most.The analysis of key words and time-line atlas showes that the research in recent years mainly focused on the effects of accelerators on the metabolic pathway of anaerobic fermentation.Biochar is the most studied promoter of anaerobic fermentation,and the research hotpot is the topic about conductive materials.In recent years,the influence mechanism of promoters on anaerobic fermentation has become the main concern of scholars,and the application of anaerobic fermentation promoters shows the trend of increasing market demand,diversification of types,technological research and development innovation and application promotion standardization.
