摘　　要：审视当代西方的边疆研究,边疆安全被放到更为开放与流动的世界中进行认知与考察。深入理解当代西方边疆安全认知与实践的演变进程发现,对非传统安全议题的日益聚焦与开拓促进了边疆安全研究议题的更新与叙事的转换。边疆安全理念演变和治理模式转换与全球化治理紧密相关,其内容与方式既是民族国家与边疆区域互相形塑的过程,也是民族国家与全球化治理深层次结合的产物。在全球化流动性世界中,边疆安全话语与理论阐释开始转向了“逾越”与“流动”视角的阐释,边疆安全以多面向的实践关系和权力逻辑展示在世人面前。西方边疆安全研究无论是“人”的分析模式,还是“地”的分析模式以及一些民族志的描写显示,边疆安全治理的主体不再仅仅局限于民族国家,逐步形成了多主体治理模式,在内容上表现出“去边境化”与“再边境化”的政策摇摆特征,边疆安全研究逐步从传统的“地缘政治”分析转向“地缘政治”与“生命政治”的交互分析阶段,因此边疆安全的实践内容需要通过领土的主权管控和人口流动以及所带来问题的社会治理相结合得以实现。其中技术治理发挥着重要的工具作用,与地缘政治和生命政治一并构成了全球化视角下边疆安全理论层面和实践层面的新探索。In the borderland studies in the contemporary West,the borderland security has been placed in a more open and mobile world for cognition and investigation.A careful review of the evolutionary process of the cognition and practice of the borderland security in the contemporary West reveals that the increasing focus and development of the non-traditional security issues has promoted the renewal of the research on the borderland security issues and narrative changes.The evolution of the concept of the borderland security and the transformation of the governance models are closely related to the global governance.Their content and approach are both the process of the mutual shaping of the nation-states and border regions,and the product of the deeper integration of the nation-states and global governance.In a globalized and mobile world,the discourse and theoretical interpretation of the borderland security have begun to shift to the interpretation in the perspectives of“transgression”and“mobility”,and the borderland security is presented to the world as a multi-faceted practical relationship and logic of power.The borderland security studies in the West,whether the analytic models of“humanity”or“geography”or some ethnographies,show that the subjects of the borderland security governance are no longer limited to the nation-states,and a borderland security governance model with multi-subjects has gradually appeared.In terms of content,it shows the oscillating characteristics between the policies of“de-borderization”and“re-borderization”.The borderland security research has gradually shifted from the traditional“geopolitical”analysis to the stage of the interactive analysis between“geopolitics”and“biopolitics”.Therefore,the content of the borderland security in practice needs to be realized through the combination of the possession of the territorial sovereignty and the social governance of the population movement as well as the resulting problems.Among them,the technological governa
