耐心资本、新质生产力与中华民族共同体建设研究

摘　　要：在强国建设、民族复兴的新征程上,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族共同体建设呼唤新的时代力量。新一轮科技革命和产业变革催生新质生产力、耐心资本的出场,耐心资本以其所具有的长期性、稳定性、价值性,为新质生产力的培育和发展提供关键资本,而新质生产力凭借其高科技、高效能、高质量特征,助力中华民族共同体建设加速实现各民族共同富裕的重要目标。耐心资本和新质生产力同中华民族共同体建设在理论逻辑上深度契合,根植于马克思主义且立足“两个结合”;在现实逻辑上高度统一,时代背景相互交叠且任务目标并行一致;在实践逻辑上高效联动,以实现各民族共同富裕为前进道路,发挥各自功能实现高效互动。理论、现实和实践上的关联性为以耐心资本、新质生产力赋能中华民族共同体建设的实践路径提供了可能,从新质生产力和耐心资本的科技驱动、经济支撑、政治保障、文化认同四个方向予以推进,将最终实现中华民族共同体的创新性、持久性、稳定性和凝聚性建设。On the new journey of building a great country and realizing our national rejuvenation,comprehensively promoting the construction of the community of the Chinese nation with the features of Chinese-style modernization calls for a new historical power.The new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation has given rise to the emergence of new-quality productivity and patient capital.Patient capital,with its long-term,stable and value-added nature,provides the key capital for the cultivation and development of new-quality productivity,which,by virtue of its high-tech,high-efficiency and high-quality features,is helping the construction of the community of the Chinese nation to accelerate the realization of the important goal of shared prosperity for all the ethnic groups.Patience capital and new-quality productivity are deeply compatible with the construction of the community of the Chinese nation in terms of theoretical logic,rooted in Marxism and based on the“two combination”;they are highly unified in terms of realistic logic,with the overlapping backgrounds and parallel objectives,and they are efficiently linked in terms of practical logic so as to realize the shared prosperity for all the ethnic groups,and play their own roles in achieving efficient interaction.Theoretical,realistic and practical correlations provide the possibilities for the practical implementation of empowering the construction of the community of the Chinese nation with patient capital and new-quality productivity.In this regard,it can be promoted in the four directions of the scientific and technological drive,the economic support,the political guarantee,and the cultural identity of patient capital and new-quality productivity,which will finally help realize the innovation,durability,stability and cohesion in the construction of the community of the Chinese nation.
