摘 要:为了实现绿色生产,以化学法再生对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)、乙二醇(MEG)及1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)为原料,合成聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)。结果表明:在n(CHDM+MEG)∶n(DMT)为2.2∶1、酯交换反应温度为205℃、缩合聚合反应温度为275℃的条件下可以合成得到PETG,该共聚物特性黏度为0.7489 dL/g,熔融温度为182.10℃。通过分析共聚酯的化学结构及热性能,测试熔融注塑后样品的拉伸力学性能,并与工业生产装置产品的性能进行对比,发现主要官能团组成一致,但热稳定性能和力学性能有所下降。In order to realize green production,poly 1,4-cyclohexyledimethylene terephthalate(PETG)was synthesized through chemical regenerating dimethyl terephthalate(DMT),mono ethylene(MEG)and 1,4-cyclohexyledimethanol(CHDM).The results showed that PETG can be synthesized under the conditions of n(CHDM+MEG):n(DMT)of 2.2:1,transesterification temperature of 205℃and polycondensation reaction temperature 275℃.The intrinsic viscosity of the co-polyester was 0.7489 dL/g,the melting temperature was 182.10℃.Through analysing the chemical structure and thermodynamic performance for co-polyester,testing the mechanical tensile properties for melted injection moulding samples,and comparing with the product from industrial plant,it was found that the composition of the main functional groups was consistent,but the thermal stability and mechanical properties were reduced.
