摘  要:采用转矩流变仪制备纳米蒙脱土/聚乳酸/聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(MMT/PLA/PBAT)复合材料,考察MMT含量对PLA/PBAT复合材料力学性能、薄膜水蒸气阻隔性能、结晶行为、流变行为及断面微观结构的影响。结果表明:MMT的加入提升了PLA/PBAT材料的弹性模量,强度和断裂伸长率略有下降,但显著提升了PLA/PBAT薄膜的水蒸气阻隔性能。当MMT质量分数为8%时,水蒸气透过率降低了43.7%。热力学研究表明,MMT的加入提高了PBAT的结晶温度和结晶度,表明MMT在PBAT中起到成核剂的作用。流变行为研究表明,MMT在PLA/PBAT基体中形成网络结构,提升熔体强度。研究结果可为开发具有高水蒸气阻隔的PLA/PBAT薄膜提供参考。Nano-montmorillonite/polylactic acid/polybutylene adipate terephthalate(MMT/PLA/PBAT)composites were prepared by torque rheometer.The influence of MMT content on the mechanical properties,water vapor barrier properties,crystallization behavior,and rheological behavior of PLA/PBAT composites were investigated.The results showed that the incorporation of MMT enhanced the elastic modulus of PLA/PBAT materials,with a slight decrease in tensile strength and elongation at break.The addition of MMT significantly improved the water vapor barrier performance of PLA/PBAT films,the water vapor transmittance decreased by 43.7%when the MMT mass fraction was 8%.Thermodynamic studies demonstrated that the incorporation of MMT elevated the crystallisation temperature and crystallinity of PBAT,thereby indicating that MMT acted as a nucleating agent for PBAT.Rheological behavior studies showed that MMT formed a network in PLA/PBAT matrix which can improve the melt strength.The study provided references for the development of high-performance PLA/PBAT films with enhanced water vapor barrier properties.
