摘　　要：为了实现无损快速检测电线电缆外保护层中无机阻燃元素的含量,对电线电缆外保护层进行简单的规则处理后,利用X射线荧光光谱仪建立了电线电缆中无机阻燃元素的一种新的快速检测方法,以达到无损检测电线电缆中无机阻燃元素的目的。结果表明:该方法可无损、快速、准确地测量样品,极大地提高了检测效率,降低了检测成本,适用于现场快速检测。In order to achieve non-destructive rapid detection of inorganic flame retardant elements in the outer protective layer of wire and cable,a new rapid detection method of inorganic flame retardant elements in wire and cable was established by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer after simple regular treatment of the outer protective layer of wire and cable.The results show that the method can measure the sample nondestructively,quickly and accurately,greatly improve the detection efficiency and reduce the detection cost,and is suitable for the field rapid detection.
