摘　　要：介绍了潍柴EC&S大型冲天炉运行情况,根据铁水熔炼过程中存在的成分和温度问题对配料工艺以及底焦、风温等熔炼参数进行了改进,得到了成分和温度符合要求的优质铁水。通过对冲天炉增加小前炉,使得铁水成分调整更加方便。对冲天炉炉缸修筑工艺和烘烤工艺进行了优化,降低了炉缸区的侵蚀并提高了烘烤效果。The operation of EC&S large cupola is introduced.According to the problems existing in the composition and tem⁃perature of molten iron in cupola melting process,the batching process,melting parameters such as bottom coke and wind tempera⁃ture were improved,and the high quality molten iron with the composition and temperature meeting the requirements was obtained.Add a small front furnace in front of the cupola can adjust the molten iron composition.The construction process and baking pro⁃cess of cupola furnace are optimized,the erosion degree of the furnace basin is reduced and the baking effect is improved.
