摘 要:为提高铸铁毛坯件的耐蚀性能,采用热处理工艺在铸铁表面制备氧化皮膜层。该工艺参数为:抛丸处理后,以小于70℃/h的速度升温至550℃±15℃,保温7 h,再以小于70℃/h的速度随炉冷却至200℃,最后空冷至70℃.结果表明,制备的氧化膜层厚度为8μm~10μm,连续且致密,结合力为17 MPa.膜层的自腐蚀电位为-0.78 V,高于基体的-0.85 V;电化学测试和温湿试验结果表明,氧化膜层具有优异的耐蚀性。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of cast iron rough parts,the thermal treatment process is used to prepare the oxide film layer on the cast iron surface.After the blasting processing,the temperature is less than 70℃/h to 550℃±15℃,the heat preservation is 7 h,and then the furnace is cooled to 200℃at a speed of less than 70℃/h,and the air is cooled to 70℃.The re⁃sults showed that the thickness of the prepared oxide layer was 8μm~10μm,continuous and dense,and the binding force was 17 MPa.The self-corrosion potential of the membrane layer is-0.78 V,which is higher than the-0.85 V of the matrix.The results of electrochemical testing and temperature and humidity test show that the oxide film layer has excellent corrosion resistance.
