摘　　要：针对一种大型复杂双吸锆叶轮铸件,采用数控机加工制备石墨型,真空凝壳炉冶炼浇注的方法,通过顶注快充加底注缓流的浇注方案、石墨型喷涂工艺、机械滚磨与磨粒流相结合工艺,成功制备出叶片扭曲度大、结构复杂、表面光洁度高的双吸锆叶轮,对锆材质铸件真空冶铸具有较高的指导意义及应用价值。In this paper,for a large and complex double-suction zirconium impeller casting,graphite mold is prepared by CNC machining,and the casting is poured by vacuum smelting and casting.The smelting and casting process affecting zirconium castings is explored.By graphite spraying process,mechanical rolling and abrasive flow,the process is combined.The successful preparation of the double suction zirconium impeller with large distortion,complex structure,high filling difficulty and high runner surface finish has high practical significance and guiding value for vacuum smelting and casting production of zirconium castings.
