乡村旅游发展能促进县域经济增长吗?——基于“全国休闲农业与乡村旅游示范县”的准自然试验

摘　　要：发展乡村旅游因其显著的产业融合性、城乡互动效应以及对内需市场的积极刺激作用,能否成为推动县域经济持续增长的有效动力?本研究选取了我国2495个县作为样本,通过“全国休闲农业与乡村旅游示范县”这一准自然场景,探讨了乡村旅游的发展与县域经济增长之间的关联性,并进行了实证分析。研究结果显示:(1)发展乡村旅游能够推动县域经济的提升,经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性处理,验证了这一结论的可靠性;(2)异质性检验表明,县域旅游资源越丰富,基础公共服务水平越高,乡村旅游发展对县域经济增长的促进作用越显著。本研究通过科学系统的方法分析了乡村旅游的发展对县域经济增长的因果关系及其作用机制,从县域经济的增长视角深化了对乡村旅游社会经济价值的相关研究,也为县域政府因地制宜地制定乡村旅游发展政策提供理论支撑和经验依据。Rural tourism is characterized by high industrial relevance,strong urban and rural driving force,and obvious domestic demand pull,so can the development of rural tourism effectively promote county economic growth?This paper takes 2495 counties in China as the research object,and utilizes the quasi-natural scenario of"National Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Demonstration County"selection to empirically analyze the relationship between rural tourism development and county economic growth.It is found that:(1)rural tourism development can promote county economic growth,which is still valid after a series of robustness tests and endogeneity treatment;(2)the heterogeneity test shows that the richer the county's tourism resources are,and the higher the level of basic public services are,the more significant is the promotion of rural tourism development to the county's economic growth.This study scientifically evaluates the causal relationship between rural tourism development and county economic growth and its mechanism,expands the socio-economic value of rural tourism development from the perspective of county economic growth,and provides theoretical support and empirical basis for county governments to formulate rural tourism development policies according to local conditions.
