摘 要:某添加了铝和硫元素的45钢在超声检测时,发现其轧材存在较多的皮下缺陷,采用金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析的方法分析这些缺陷产生的原因。结果表明:缺陷为钢材中存在的宏观夹杂,结合钢水浇注过程可知钢水纯净度差,且浇注过程发生二次氧化。采用优化冶炼工艺和保护渣性能的改进措施,有效地去除了钢水中的非金属夹杂,改进后的钢材已无皮下缺陷,且非金属夹杂物级别也得到了改进。During the ultrasonic testing of a 45 steel with aluminum and sulfur elements,it was found that there were many subcutaneous defects in the rolled material.The causes of these defects were analyzed by metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that these defects were macroscopic inclusions in steel.Combined with the pouring process of molten steel,it could be seen that the purity of molten steel was poor,and secondary oxidation occurred during the pouring process.The non-metallic inclusions in molten steel were effectively removed by optimizing the smelting process and optimizing the performance of the protective slag.The improved steel had no subcutaneous defects,and the level of non-metallic inclusions was also improved.
