摘  要:在某P91钢管的安装前检测过程中,便携式里氏硬度计测试结果较低,采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法分析了硬度偏低的原因。结果表明:该钢管的显微组织和硬度均不符合标准要求,属于不合格产品;试样曲率和壁厚太小,测试时未使用支撑环,且硬度换算方式不正确,导致便携式里氏硬度计测试结果出现差异。In the process of pre-installation inspection of a P91 steel pipe,the test results of the portable Leeb hardness tester were low.The reasons for the low hardness were analyzed by chemical composition analysis,hardness test,metallographic examination and other methods.The results show that the microstructure and hardness of the steel pipe did not meet the standard requirements and were unqualified products.The curvature and wall thickness of the sample were too small,the support ring was not used during the test,and the hardness conversion method was not correct,resulting in differences in the test results of the portable Leeb hardness tester.
