摘  要:以茂金属/三苯甲基四(五氟苯基)硼酸盐/三异丁基铝为催化剂,通过溶液聚合法制备乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物,采用差示扫描量热法、高温凝胶渗透色谱法、核磁共振碳谱法等对共聚物结构进行表征,并研究了助催化剂、反应温度和1-辛烯用量对共聚物的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件:催化剂用量为1μmol,n(Ti)∶n(Al)∶n(B)为1.0∶300.0∶1.2,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为15 min,1-辛烯用量为20 mL。在此条件下制备的乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物的重均分子量为3.39×10^(5),1-辛烯含量达26.61%(w)。Ethylene-1-octene copolymers were prepared by solution polymerization with metallocene/triphenylmethylium tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate/triisobutylaluminum as catalyst system.The polymers were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry,high temperature gel permeation chromatograph and nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectroscopy.The effects of cocatalyst system,reaction temperature and 1-octene volume on the polymers were investigated.The results show that the optimum process conditions are as follows:the volume of catalyst is 1μmol,the molar ratio of Ti∶Al∶B is 1.0∶300.0∶1.2,the reaction temperature is 120℃,the reaction time is 15 min,and the volume of 1-octene is 20 mL.Under the optimum process conditions,the weight average molecular weight of ethylene-1-octene copolymer is 3.39×10^(5),in which the mass fraction of 1-octene reaches 26.61%.
