摘  要:研究了外给电子体二异丁基二甲氧基硅烷(简称Donor-B)用于丙烯聚合对催化剂活性、立构规整性、氢调敏感性,以及聚丙烯片晶厚度、等规序列长度及分布等微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明:Donor-B作为外给电子体时,主催化剂活性和立构规整性都较高,同时具有较强的氢调敏感性,制备的聚丙烯的等规指数较高。将通过Donor-B制备的聚丙烯进行连续自核与退火技术热分级,揭示了该聚丙烯等规指数和聚丙烯分子链立构规整性高的内在原因在于聚丙烯分子链中的高等规组分的片晶厚度和等规序列长度长,且高等规组分相对含量较高,等规序列分布也更宽。The effect of external donor of diisobutyl dimethoxy silane(referred to as Donor-B)on catalytic activity,stereoregularity and hydrogen response of catalysts,lamellar thickness,isotactic sequence length,isotactic sequence distribution of polypropylene were investigated for propylene polymerization.The results show that the catalytic activity and stereoregularity of the main catalyst is better when Donor-B is used as external donor.The catalyst system has a good hydrogen response,and the isotactic index of polypropylene produced is higher.The results of successive self-nucleation and annealing thermal fractionation for polypropylene produced by Donor-B indicate that the lamellar thickness and isotactic sequence length of highly isotactic part in molecular chain of polypropylene contribute to higher isotactic index and stereoregularity of the polymer.The relative content of highly isotactic component is higher,and isotactic sequence distribution is broader.
