摘  要:以多官能团环氧树脂为基体,3-甲基-4-环已烯-1,2-二甲酸酐为固化剂,聚醚改性双酚A环氧树脂为增韧剂开发了一种低黏度、长适用期的适用于树脂传递模塑(RTM)成型工艺的树脂配方。研究了增韧剂对固化工艺的影响,同时对树脂固化物的力学性能、热性能及成型工艺进行分析。结果表明:增韧剂的引入对环氧-酸酐固化体系的固化工艺和固化过程无影响,采用最优树脂配方得到的试样力学性能优异,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和弯曲强度分别达到84.8 MPa,5.1%,147 MPa,较空白组分别提升了11%,122%,46%。另外,树脂配方具有优异的RTM成型工艺适用性,树脂胶液初始黏度仅为130 mPa·s,室温条件下放置35 h后,黏度为500 mPa·s,流动性优异,符合RTM成型工艺的使用要求,特别适用于大型复合材料结构件的RTM成型工艺。A resin formula with low viscosity and long pot life was developed with polyfunctional epoxy resin as the matrix,3-methyl-4-cyclohexene-1,2-dimothyl anhydride as curing agent and polyether modified bisphenol A epoxy resin as toughening agent,which is suitable for resin transfer molding(RTM)process.The influence of the toughening agent on curing process was studied and the mechanical,thermal properties and molding process of the resin were characterized.The results indicate that the introduction of the toughening agent has no effect on the curing process of the epoxy-anhydride curing system.The sample obtained from optimal resin formula shows excellent mechanical properties:the tensile strength,elongation at break and bending strength of the resin reach 84.8 MPa,5.1%and 147 MPa,respectively,which increase by 11%,122%and 46%compared with those of the blank group.In addition,the resin formula shows excellent RTM process applicability:the initial viscosity of the resin is only 130 mPa·s,which is slowly increased to 500 mPa·s after 35 h at room temperature.It still possesses excellent liquidity and meets the requirements of the RTM process,suitable for RTM process for large composite structural component.
