摘　　要：以正交试验法确定了软木专用聚氨酯胶黏剂的基础配方,并在基础配方的基础上考察了氯代棕榈油甲酯用量、磷酸用量及二吗啉二乙基醚(DMDEE)用量对聚氨酯胶黏剂拉伸性能、黏度、开放时间和固化时间的影响。结果表明:当2官能度聚醚多元醇相对分子质量为2000,3官能度聚醚多元醇相对分子质量为6000,3官能度聚醚多元醇质量分数为70%,异氰酸酯基与羟基摩尔比为4.5,氯代棕榈油甲酯用量为10.000 phr,磷酸用量为0.100 phr,DMDEE用量为0.050~0.075 phr时,制备的聚氨酯胶黏剂拉伸强度为1.10~1.16 MPa,黏度为4120 mPa·s,开放时间为88~96 min,固化时间为170~190 min,综合性能优于市售同类产品。The basic formula of polyurethane adhesive for cork was determined by orthogonal experiment,based on which,the effects of the amounts of chloromethyl palmitate palm oil ester,phosphoric acid and dimorpholine diethyl ether(DMDEE)on the tensile properties,viscosity,opening time and curing time of the polyurethane adhesive were investigated.The results show that when the relative molecular mass of two-functional polyether polyol is 2000,the relative molecular mass of three-functional polyether polyol is 6000,the mass fraction of three-functional polyether polyol is 70%,the molar ratio of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups is 4.5,the amounts of chloromethyl palmitate,phosphoric acid,and DMDEE are 10.000 phr,0.100 phr,and 0.050-0.075 phr,respectively,the tensile strength of the polyurethane adhesive is 1.10-1.16 MPa,whose viscosity is 4120 mPa·s,whose opening time is 88-96 min,and whose curing time is 170-190 min.The comprehensive performance of the adhesive synthesized by this formula is better than that of similar market available product.
