摘  要:以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)为改性剂制备了PLA/ATBC复合材料,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、热重分析等对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:复合材料的拉伸强度随ATBC用量的增加而降低,当m(PLA)∶m(ATBC)为100∶24时,拉伸强度降至26.46 MPa,降幅达48.1%。断裂伸长率则随着ATBC用量的增加先增加后略有下降,当m(PLA)∶m(ATBC)=100∶21时,断裂伸长率最大,为232.5%。傅里叶变换红外光谱中羰基峰变得尖锐,说明PLA与增塑剂之间有相互作用。高温高湿降解实验中纯PLA的降解速率较慢,而PLA/ATBC复合材料降解速率较快,可能是因为ATBC比较容易迁移,从而造成质量损失。Polylactic acid(PLA)was used as the matrix material and acetyl tributyl citrate(ATBC)as the modifier to prepare PLA/ATBC composites whose properties were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope,X-ray diffractometer,and thermogravimetry analyzer.The results show that the tensile strength of the composites decreases with the increase of the mass ratio of ATBC.When the mass ratio of PLA/ATBC is 100∶24,the tensile strength of the composites is 26.46 MPa with a decrease of 48.1%.The elongation at break of the composites first increases than increases with the increase of the proportion of ATBC mass.When the mass ratio of PLA/ATBC is 100∶21,the elongation at break of the composites reaches a maximum value of 232.5%.The sharp appearance of carbonyl peaks in Fourier transform infrared spectra indicates an interaction between PLA and the plasticizer.In the high-temperature and high humidity degradation experiment,the degradation rate of pure PLA is slower while that of PLA/ATBC composites is faster due to the easy migration of ATBC which leads to mass loss.
