摘  要:450 kt/a的Innovene气相聚丙烯装置在使用进口CDi催化剂时常产生块料,影响装置平稳运行。使用高温凝胶渗透色谱仪、全自动聚烯烃二甲苯可溶物含量快速分析仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对产生的块料、粉料,以及使用国产催化剂A生产的粉料进行了结构与组成表征,对比分析了相对分子质量及其分布、二甲苯可溶物含量、残留催化剂含量的差别。结果表明:使用国产催化剂A时产生块料较少,装置长周期运行平稳,而使用进口CDi催化剂时,结块现象严重。与相应正常粉料相比,使用CDi催化剂时产生的块料相对分子质量低,分布宽,块料中二甲苯可溶物含量增加,残留催化剂含量高,是其粉料的2.5倍。使用CDi催化剂产生块料的原因主要可能是催化剂分散不均匀造成的。Polymer agglomeration occurs frequently in the 450 kt/a Innovene gas phase polypropylene process with imported CDi catalyst,which interrupts the operation stability.The agglomeration samples and corresponding fine powder were compared with the fine product obtained with a domestic catalyst A via composition and structural characterization by gel permeation chromatograph,full-automatic rapid xylene soluble content analyzer,and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer.Their relative molecular mass and distribution,xylene soluble,and residue catalyst content were compared.The results show that fewer agglomeration occurs when catalyst A is used and the reactor operates smoothly,while the agglomeration intensifies when imported catalyst is applied.The agglomeration sample possesses a lower relative molecular mass,a broader molecular mass distribution,and a higher content of xylene soluble.The content of residual catalyst in the agglomeration is 2.5 times of that in fine samples.The agglomeration is probably caused by uneven dispersion of the CDi catalyst in the reactor.
