丙烯基弹性体及其共混物的结晶行为与力学性能

摘　　要：采用熔融共混法将不同丙烯-乙烯共聚物弹性体(简称丙烯基弹性体)按比例共混,研究不同乙烯含量Vistamaxx^(TM)系列丙烯基弹性体与Versify^(TM)3401共混物的流动性、结晶行为及力学性能等。结果表明:乙烯含量越高的Vistamaxx^(TM)系列丙烯基弹性体,结晶能力越弱,与Versify^(TM)3401的相容性越好;加入Versify^(TM)3401改善了共混物的流动性和结晶能力。Versify^(TM)3401质量分数为10%时,共混物的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都明显提高,永久变形率降低;Versify^(TM)3401质量分数大于10%时,乙烯含量低的Vistamaxx^(TM)系列丙烯基弹性体/Versify^(TM)3401共混物的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均降低;乙烯质量分数为16%时,共混物的拉伸强度无明显变化,但断裂伸长率进一步提升。Propylene-ethylene copolymer elastomers(as propylene-based elastomers)were melt and blended in ratios to investigate the fluidity,crystallization behavior,and mechanical properties of the Vistamaxx™series of propylene-based elastomers with different ethylene contents and Versify™3401 blends.The results indicate that the higher the ethylene content in the Vistamaxx™series of propylene-based elastomers are,the weaker the crystallization ability of the elastomers and the better the compatibility with Versify™3401 are.The addition of Versify™3401 improves the fluidity and crystallization ability of the blends.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the blends increase significantly,while whose permanent deformation decreases when the mass fraction of Versify™3401 is 10%.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the blends with lower ethylene content decrease when the mass fraction of Versify™3401 exceeds 10%.The tensile strength of the blends with 16%of mass fraction of ethylene shows no significant change,while whose elongation at break further improves.
