摘　　要：综述了改性聚氨酯(PU)在家具设计中的应用研究进展。重点探讨了PU黏合剂、紫外光固化PU、抗菌PU、阻燃PU及生物基可降解PU等在家具设计中的应用。PU黏合剂因具备高黏接强度和环保特性特征,广泛应用于家具设计中复合板材和红木家具的黏接,可有效解决脲醛树脂胶黏剂甲醛释放问题。紫外光固化PU凭借高效固化和节能优势,成为家具设计中表面涂层处理的优选材料,可提高家具耐磨性。抗菌PU具有出色的抗菌防霉能力,特别适用于厨房家具和医疗家具设计。PU通过与改性聚磷酸铵复合,阻燃和抑烟性能得以优化,满足现代家具设计对防火标准的严格要求。生物基可降解PU则以可持续性和生物相容性为家具设计提供了环保解决方案。The research progress of modified polyurethane(PU)in furniture design is reviewed.It focuses on the application of PU adhesives,ultraviolet(UV)-curable PU,antibacterial PU,flame-retardant PU,and biodegradable PU in furniture design.PU adhesives are widely used in the bonding of composite boards and rosewood furniture in furniture design thanks to their high bonding strength and environmental friendliness,which solves the problem of formaldehyde release from urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives.UV-curable PU,with its advantages of efficient curing and energy conservation,has become the preferred material for surface coating treatment in furniture design,improving the wear resistance of furniture.Antibacterial PU performs excellently in antibacterial and antifungal properties which is particularly suitable for kitchen furniture and medical furniture design.The flame retardancy and smoke suppression of PU are optimized by combining modified ammonium polyphosphate,meeting the strict fire safety standards in modern furniture design.Biodegradable PU provides an environmentally friendly solution for furniture design owing to its sustainability and biocompatibility,.
