摘  要:为了探究全套管全回转钻机在非对称摩阻力条件下套管的受力特性,以开口钢管桩沉桩理论为基础,建立了偏心切削旧桩的理论模型,并对折减系数进行了修正。同时,采用任意拉格朗日-欧拉数值方法,对套管壁的受力特性进行了深入研究。结果表明,在切削旧桩情况下,套管壁侧摩阻力的增长速率会逐渐减缓,呈现出一定的收敛趋势。全套管全回转钻机钻进过程中挤土效应更弱,约为开口桩模型的82%。全套管全回转钻机在钻进过程中,挤土效应的增长速率会先增大再减小,在套管底部1/10套管长度范围内,挤土效应达到最大。对全套管全回转钻机偏心切削旧桩理论模型中的折减系数进行了修正,该系数取0.31时套管壁侧摩阻力更接近真实值。In order to investigate the mechanical characteristics of the casing under the condition of asymmetric frictional resistance,a theoretical model of eccentric cutting of old piles was established based on the theory of open steel pipe pile sinking,and the reduction coefficient was modified.Meanwhile,the arbitrary Lagrangian-Euler numerical method is used to study the mechanical characteristics of the casing wall.The results show that when cutting old piles,the growth rate of lateral friction of the casing wall slows down gradually,showing a certain convergence trend.The squeezing effect of the full casing rotary drill is weaker,about 82%of that of the open pile model.The growth rate of earth-squeezing effect will first increase and then decrease in the drilling process of a full casing rotary drill,and the earth-squeezing effect reaches the maximum within one-tenth of the pipe length at the bottom of casing.The reduction coefficient in the theoretical model of eccentric cutting of old piles by the full casing rotary drill is modified.When the coefficient is 0.31,the lateral frictional resistance of the casing wall is closer to the real value.
