摘 要:通过建立激光器谐振腔内横模输出模式的数学模型,研究了不同腔内损耗下离轴泵浦的Nd:YVO_(4)激光器中高阶横模模式的输出特性。数值研究结果表明,在同样的腔内损耗下,输出横模的模式阶数与泵浦光偏离光轴的离轴位移大小呈正相关关系。此外,随着腔内损耗的不断增加,输出高阶横模模式的强度分布逐渐由对称分布转化为不对称分布。进一步搭建实验装置,通过改变激光器输出镜的反射率来调节腔内损耗,测量在不同输出镜反射率下横模模式的输出特性。实验结果表明,随着输出镜反射率从95%下降到81%、60%和50%,激光输出模式的对称性分别计算为93%、70%、43%以及14%。当输出镜反射率为60%时,所有非对称激光输出模式的输出功率可以在6.36 W的泵浦功率下超过1 W,最大输出模式可达到TEM_(9,0)。实验结果与数值研究结果符合较好。The theoretical and experimental studies on the generation of asymmetrical transverse mode beams are carried out by employing an off-axis pumped Nd:YVO_(4) laser with adjustable output reflectivities and an extra-cavity single-cylindrical lens.Numerical results show that the mode order of the output transverse modes is positively correlated with the off-axis displacement under the same intracavity loss.In addition,with the increasing of the cavity loss,the output modes become more asymmetrical.A corresponding experimental device is established,the experimental results show that as the output mirror reflectivities decrease from 95% to 81%,60% and 50%,the transverse modes symmetries of 93%,70%,43% and 14%,are realized,respectively,which are consistent with the numerical simulation results.Furthermore,when the output mirror reflectivity is greater than 60%,the output power is positively correlated with the laser mode order number,otherwise the output power is negatively correlated with the mode order number.When the output mirror reflectivity is 60%,the output powers of the asymmetrical transverse modes exceed 1 W with a pump power of 6.36 W,and the maximum output mode can reach TEM_(9,0).The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results.
