摘　　要：芸香苷是一种黄酮醇苷类化合物,具有防治急性胰腺炎、保护胃黏膜、保护心脑血管、保护肾脏、改善神经退行性病变等药理作用。临床研究显示芸香苷在防治糖尿病及其并发症、保护皮肤、辅助治疗眼部疾病、治疗心血管疾病等领域有所应用。本文对近些年国内外芸香苷药理作用及临床研究的研究成果进行综述,旨在总结芸香苷药理作用及作用机制,为芸香苷的药物研发提供科学依据。Rutin is a flavonol glycoside compound,possessing pharmacological effects such as preventing and treating acute pancreatitis,protecting gastric mucosa,protecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health and the kidneys,as well as improving neurodegenerative diseases.Clinical studies have demonstrated that rutin has applications in fields such as preventing and treating diabetes and its complications,protecting the skin,providing adjuvant treatment for eye diseases,and providing adjuvant treatment for cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the research achievements on the pharmacological effects and clinical studies of rutin in recent years,aiming to summarize the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of rutin and provide scientific basis for its drug development.
