基于KANO模型的服饰文化遗产虚拟博物馆交互设计——以清代女性朝服为例

摘  要:为促进服饰文化遗产的保护与传承,优化传统服饰博物馆的策展思路,以刺激用户的观感体验和文化知识输入。将清代女性朝服作为研究对象,运用Kano模型识别服饰文化遗产虚拟博物馆观者的交互需求和属性分类,再通过better-worse系数和敏感性分析得到其功能项的优先级排序。基于用户需求构建服饰文化遗产虚拟博物馆交互设计架构,并提出相应的设计策略。根据设计策略指导设计实践,构建清代女性朝服虚拟博物馆信息架构和交互原型,并进行最终的设计展示。基于Kano模型的服饰文化遗产虚拟博物馆的交互设计,从用户需求角度丰富了虚拟博物馆的体验设计要素,为后续数字博物馆建设和创新提供了一定的参考和理论依据。To promote the protection and inheritance of clothing cultural heritage,optimize the curatorial ideas of traditional clothing museums,stimulate users'visual experience and cultural knowledge input.Using the Kano model to identify the interactive needs and attribute classification of visitors in the virtual museum of clothing cultural heritage,the Qing Dynasty women's Chaofu is taken as the research object.Then,the priority of functional items is obtained through better for coefficient and sensitivity analysis.Build an interactive design architecture for a virtual museum of clothing cultural heritage based on user needs and propose design strategies.Based on the design strategy,guide the design practice,construct the information architecture and interactive prototype of the Qing Dynasty women's Chaofu virtual museum,and display the design.The interactive design of the clothing cultural heritage virtual museum based on the Kano model enriches the design elements of the virtual museum from the perspective of user needs,providing reference and theoretical basis for the construction and innovation of digital museums.
