摘  要:我国心血管类疾病的发病率和死亡率处于持续上升阶段,心血管类疾病的治疗并不能完全依靠患者在门诊就医时测量的心电数据,而是需要发生心颤、突发性心梗和心律不齐等状况时的数据供医生参考,为了更好地辅助解决这一问题,把握患者接受治疗的时机。文章以感性工学的研究方法为基础,定量地分析用户对产品各项外观属性的偏好,根据用户的利益点进行设计创新。设计一款用动态12导联的监测方式,实现实时精准监测的便携式智能心电监测产品。基于感性工学的心电监测设备内嵌于衣物简化使用流程,作为一款智能穿戴设备,在提升用户使用舒适性的同时,为精准医疗的实施提供了持续性支持。The incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases in my country are continuing to rise.The treatment of cardiovascular diseases cannot rely entirely on the ECG data measured when patients seek medical treatment in outpatient clinics,but requires the occurrence of cardiac fibrillation and sudden myocardial infarction.The data on conditions such as arrhythmias and arrhythmias can be used as a reference for doctors to determine when patients should receive treatment.In order to better assist in solving this problem.This article is based on the research method of Kansei Engineering,quantitatively analyzes users'preferences for various appearance attributes of products,and conducts design innovations based on users'interests.A portable intelligent ECG monitoring product was designed that uses dynamic 12-lead monitoring to achieve real-time and accurate monitoring.This product is embedded in clothing to simplify the use process.As a smart wearable device,it not only improves user comfort,but also provides continuous support for the implementation of precision medicine.
