体医融合视角下AI赋能的居家健身产品服务系统设计研究

摘  要:为解决广大居民居家健身的个性化、科学化与智能化不足等问题,文章在体医融合理念的指导下,结合人工智能相关技术,提出一种居家健身产品服务系统设计策略,并开展设计实践。首先,通过文献研究法,调研用户的居家锻炼需求与相关医学原理,并采用问卷和访谈收集用户需求;其次借助用户旅程图与KANO模型总结用户痛点与目标功能;最后利用动作识别与检测、语音交互等AI技术,结合健康运动医学原理,设计一套个性化、科学化和智能化的居家健身产品服务系统,并以青少年肥胖症患者为例进行设计实践。基于体医融合的理念,通过AI赋能与设计创新,居家健身产品服务系统能够以个性化、人性化的方式,提升居家健身的科学性、积极性、便捷性、互动性和系统性。To address the lack of personalization,scientificity,and intelligence in home fitness for residents,this article proposes a design strategy for a home fitness product service system under the guidance of the integration of sports and medicine,combined with relevant artificial intelligence technologies,and carries out design practice.Firstly,through literature research,investigate users'home exercise needs and related medical principles,and collect user needs through questionnaires and interviews.Secondly,using the user journey diagram and KANO model to summarize user pain points and target functions.Finally,utilizing AI technologies such as action recognition and detection,voice interaction,and combining principles of health and exercise medicine,a personalized,scientific,and intelligent home fitness product service system is designed,and practical design is carried out using adolescent obesity patients as an example.Based on the concept of integrating sports and medicine,through AI empowerment and design innovation,the home fitness product service system can enhance the scientificity,enthusiasm,convenience,interactivity,and systematicity of home fitness in a personalized and humanized way.
