摘　　要：文章旨在通过服务设计理念,探讨并设计一个针对失智老人的关怀App,以改善其生活质量并促进积极老龄化进程。通过线上线下调研收集数据,运用服务设计工具进行需求分析和方案设计,最终完成App的原型设计。设计出的失智老人关怀App集成了健康管理、社交互动和紧急求助等功能,为失智老人及其家庭提供了便捷有效的支持。该设计研究为失智老人关怀领域提供了新的视角和方法,具有实际应用价值和社会意义。This article aims to explore and design a care App for elderly people with dementia using the concept of service design,in order to improve their quality of life and promote active aging.Data was collected through online and offline research,and service design tools were used for needs analysis and solution design,ultimately leading to the prototype design of the App.The designed care App for elderly people with dementia integrates functions such as health management,social interaction,and emergency assistance,providing convenient and effective support for them and their families.This design study provides a new perspective and method for the field of dementia care,with practical application value and social significance.
