基于社会支持的失能老人家庭照护服务设计研究

摘　　要：伴随失能老人数量的日渐增长,探究社会支持理论的实践新形式,构建服务设计策略和照护支持系统。基于桌面研究、问卷调研分析家庭照护系统,总结照护人群面临的痛点与角色变化阶段;通过案例总结支持方式的类型,梳理不同阶段对应的社会支持类型。构建社会支持视角下的家庭照护服务设计模型,得出家庭照护服务系统的设计策略。策略为相关家庭照护服务系统的设计提供了思路与参考。With the increasing number of disabled elderly people,we explore new forms of practice of social support theory,build service design strategies and care support systems.Based on desktop research and questionnaire surveys,we analyze the family care system and summarize the pain points and role change stages faced by the caregivers.We summarize the types of support through cases,and sort out the corresponding types of social support at different stages.We construct a family care service design model from the perspective of social support and derive design strategies for the family care service system.These strategies provide ideas and references for the design of relevant family care service systems.
