快速城市化背景下的青年小户型可收纳家居空间多元化设计研究

摘　　要：为了满足我国当前的国情,构建符合居民个性化、多元化的需求,包括符合他们行为、心理习惯以及房屋的总体舒适度的“小而宜、小而全、小而精”能够化繁为简、物尽其位、让人寻之有据并能美化视觉效果的小户型住宅。充分考虑合理的、多元化的、功能性强的可收纳家居空间应该如何去规划布局,并将探索的方法和理论与众多真实的项目设计案例相结合,重新评估小户型空间的功能平面及流线、平面形式和空间感,随之提出了一系列建议及改善优化的方案策略。旨在通过对当前我国城市小户型发展的社会背景、内在推力以及设计策略进行研究、反思和总结,得出适用于中国城市化发展的城市集约且宜居的居住空间设计方法和策略。希望研究成果能对未来优化中国城市的居住环境的实践提供有益的参考。In order to meet the current national conditions of China,to build in line with the personalized and diversified needs of residents,including in line with their behavior,psychological habits and the overall comfort of the house,“small and appropriate,small and fine”can be simplified,things do their place,let people find evidence and beautify the visual effect of small housing.Fully consider how to plan the layout of reasonable,diversified and functional storage home space,and combine the methods and theories explored with many real project design cases to re-evaluate the functional plane and streamline,plane form and spatial sense of small apartment space,and then put forward a series of suggestions and improve the optimization of the scheme strategy.The purpose is to study,reflect and summarize the social background,internal thrust and design strategy of the current development of urban small houses in China,and to find out the urban intensive and livable living space design methods and strategies suitable for China’s urbanization development.It is hoped that the research results can provide useful reference for the practice of optimizing the living environment of Chinese cities in the future.
