摘  要:[目的]在沉桩作业中,打桩船受涌浪影响,船体运动会引起吊物系统产生空间受迫振动,导致钢管桩在沉桩过程中出现较大的摆幅,进而产生钢管桩和龙口的碰撞问题。[方法]为评估沉桩作业时的安全风险,在水动力软件AQWA中建立系泊系统-打桩船-起吊系统-钢管桩耦合模型,分析海洋环境中钢管桩的动力响应;并利用非线性分析软件LS-DYNA对钢管桩与导向架龙口的碰撞过程进行仿真模拟,研究不同碰撞角度对龙口结构强度的影响。[结果]结果表明,钢管桩运动响应对浪向角较为敏感,特别是横浪作业会导致钢管桩产生较大的位移和速度。[结论]在施工中要综合考虑导向架的朝向与起吊方向,尽量减少钢管桩沿龙口对称轴线方向正碰,以降低碰撞带来的龙口结构损坏。[Purpose]During the piling process of a piling driving vessel,the hull motion induced by swell can excite the spatial forced vibration of the lifting system,leading to significant oscillation of the steel pipe piles and inevitable collisions with the guide frame closure.[Method]To assess the safety risks in pile sinking operations,a coupling model of mooring system,pile driving vessel,lifting system,and steel pipe pile is established in the hydrodynamic software AQWA to analyze the dynamic response of the steel pipe pile in the construction environment.The collision process between the steel pipe pile and the guide frame closure is simulated using the non-linear analysis software LS-DYNA.The study investigates the impact of different collision angles on the structural integrity of the closure.[Result]The results show that the dynamic response of the steel pipe pile is highly sensitive to the wave direction,with larger displacements and velocities of the steel pipe piles at beam sea.[Conclusion]In order to reduce the structural damage caused by collisions,it is recommended that during construction,the orientation of the guide frame and the lifting direction of the piling vessel should be optimized to avoid direct collisions along the symmetrical axis of the closure.Protective measures are also proposed to reduce the structural damage caused by collisions.
