摘 要:[目的]为降低船舶空调通风系统能耗并提高舒适性,对不同雷诺数和不同几何形状的船舶方风管2种典型连接件进行了数值模拟。[方法]通过计算管内流体的速度场分布、压力场分布以及二次流现象,分析局部阻力系数和连接件局部总压损的分布情况,对这2种风管连接形式做优化。[结果]优化了2种风管连接件,规范其在不同条件下的选型,降低管网阻力,从而达到降低能耗并提高舒适性的目的。[结论]研究结果可为设计人员风管连接件阻力设计提供一定参考。[Purpose]In order to reduce the energy consumption and improve the comfort of marine air conditioning and ventilation system,two typical connectors of marine square air ducts with different Reynolds numbers and different geometric shapes are numerically simulated.[Method]By analyzing the velocity field distribution,pressure field distribution and secondary flow phenomenon of fluid in the ducts,the distribution of local resistance coefficient and local total pressure loss of connectors are investigated.[Result]The selection of two kinds of air duct connectors under different conditions is optimized to reduce pipe network resistance,thus achieving the purpose of reducing energy consumption and improving comfort.[Conclusion]The research results can provide some reference for the resistance design of air duct connectors for designers.
