摘 要:[目的]对船舶超长轴系进行中空设计能有效减重,但可能会使轴系的结构发生变化,或导致轴系的动态特性发生变化,影响其振动特性和抗冲击性能。为合理选取船舶轴系的空径比,[方法]通过建模仿真和优化方法研究轴系的空径比对其动态特性的影响。在满足轴系强度要求的条件下,考虑在空径比大于0.400时对轴系外径进行修正,对不同空径比超长轴系模型的动态特性进行分析,基于扭转振动和抗冲击性能参数求取空径比的帕累托(Pareto)最优解。[结果]研究表明,修正前空径比为0.649和修正后空径比为0.788时,轴系能取得良好的综合性能。[结论]该研究可供船舶超长轴系的轻量化设计参考。[Purpose]The weight and length of the extra-long shaft are much larger than those of the conventional shaft,and the hollow design of the extra-long shaft can effectively reduce the weight of the extra-long shaft.There is no clear selection method for selecting the hollow ratio of the ship shaft system.Under the condition of satisfying the strength performance of the shaft system,[Method]the outer diameter correction is considered when the hollow ratio is more than 0.400,and the dynamic characteristic analysis of the extra long shaft model with different hollow ratios is carried out,and the optimal solution of the hollow ratio is obtained based on the parameters of the torsional vibration and the impact resistance.[Result]The study shows that the shaft can achieve good overall performance when the hollow ratio is 0.649 before correction and 0.788 after correction.[Conclusion]the study provides a reference method for the design of the selected hollow ratios considering the dynamic characteristics of the shaft.
