摘  要:[目的]由于船舶内部的连续低频振动,船用离心泵作为海上装备的关键动力设备,过流部件常遭受严重的冲蚀磨损,导致性能下降和寿命缩短,直接关系到装备的安全与作战效能。[方法]以磨损量为核心指标,通过两相流冲蚀仿真模拟,深入探讨流量、粒径和质量流量等3个关键参数对某型船用离心泵蜗壳冲蚀磨损量的影响。在此基础上,结合7 000 h的长寿命试验数据,对泵性能随时间变化的退化情况进行系统的数据采集和拟合分析。[结果]结果表明,流量、粒径和质量流量的变化均会导致蜗壳特别是蜗舌部位冲蚀磨损量的增加,同时验证了离心泵冲蚀损伤仿真模型的准确性。[结论]研究成果为船用离心泵过流部件的冲蚀分析与性能退化评估提供了有效的数据支持。[Purpose]The centrifugal pump used in marine equipment is a key piece of power equipment,and the erosion problem of the flow components directly affects the safety and combat effectiveness of the vessel.[Method]In actual application,due to the continuous low-frequency vibration inside the vessel,the flow components are often subjected to severe erosion wear,resulting in reduced performance and a shortened service life.With wear volume as the core indicator,two-phase flow erosion simulation is conducted to deeply investigate the influence of three key parameters,including flow rate,particle size,and mass flow rate,on the erosion wear volume of the volute of a certain type of ship centrifugal pump impeller.Based on this,the systematic data collection and fitting analysis of the pump performance degradation over a 7000 hour long life test are carried out.[Result]The results show that changes in flow rate,particle size,and mass flow rate will all lead to an increase in the erosion wear volume of the impeller,especially in the throat area,verifying the accuracy of the simulation model.[Conclusion]The research results provide effective data support for the erosion analysis and performance degradation evaluation of the overcurrent components of marine centrifugal pumps.
