摘 要:[目的]在高亚临界雷诺数下,圆柱绕流具有大分离流动及剪切层层流-湍流转捩流动2类复杂流动现象。主流商业软件中有可求解大分离流动的尺度解析模拟方法(SRS)、可求解转捩问题的转捩模型(TRANS),以及理论上可同时求解二者的SRS-Tr模型。[方法]为评估商业软件同时求解大分离及转捩问题的能力,以高亚临界雷诺数下的圆柱绕流为例,对主流商业软件中的SRS-Tr模型进行了全面系统的研究。主流商业软件包括Fluent的IDDES框架、SBES框架及SAS框架下的IDDES-Tr模型、SBES-Tr模型及SAS-Tr模型,商业软件STARCCM+之IDDES框架及SRH框架下的IDDES-Tr模型及SRH-Tr模型。[结果]结果表明,商业软件Fluent中的SRS-Tr模型在同时模拟大分离流动及转捩流动问题上能力有限,其结果与SRS模型的结果相差不大,商业软件STAR CCM+中的SRS-Tr模型中,仅SRH框架的SRH-Tr模型具有一定的同时模拟大分离及转捩流动的能力,但在雷诺应力求解上仍与试验有较大差异。[结论]商业软件暂不具备同时处理大分离流动及转捩的能力。[Purpose]At high subcritical Reynolds numbers,the flow characteristics around a cylinder exhibit two complicated phenomena:massive flow separation and laminar-to-turbulent transition within the shear layer.In the mainstream commercial software,there are scale resolving simulation(SRS)models designed to solve massive separation flow problems,transition models(TRANS)to handle transition phenomena,and theoretically SRS-Tr models to address both issues simultaneously.[Method]To evaluate the ability of commercial software to simultaneously solve massive separation and transition flows,this study systematically examines the SRS-Tr model through a case study of flow around a cylinder at high subcritical Reynolds numbers.The SRS-Tr model of commercial software includes the IDDES-Tr,SBES-Tr,and SAS-Tr models within the IDDES,SBES,and SAS frameworks of Fluent,as well as the IDDES-Tr and SRH-Tr models within the IDDES and SRH frameworks of STAR CCM+.[Result]The results indicate that in Fluent,the SRS-Tr models have a limited ability to simultaneously simulate massive segregation and transition flows,producing results comparable to those generated by the SRS models alone.In STAR CCM+,only the SRH-Tr model shows some potential in treating both phenomena simultaneously,but it still exhibits significant discrepancies from experimental data in predicting Reynolds stresses.[Conclusion] Current commercial software lacks the capability to handle both massive separation and transition flows simultaneously.
