摘  要:为解决果园运输机难以实现山地、丘陵等碎片化环境的运输任务,提出集成SET/AHP/AD的理论设计方案,提高果实运输的适用性和安全性。首先,分析果园运输机SET因素以获取产品机会缺口;其次,通过用户调研和AHP层次分析法,构造丘陵果园运输机的层次结构模型,获取需求权重值;然后,结合AD公理化设计中的映射关系,导出设计参数完成方案设计;最后利用模糊综合评价进行方案评价。得到一款丘陵果园运输机。实践表明设计的丘陵果园运输机弥补了用户域定义不准确以及设计师主观因素的影响,提升了丘陵果园运输机的环境适应性以及智能化程度。To solve the difficulty of orchard transporter to achieve the task of transporting in fragmented environments such as mountains and hills,the theoretical design scheme of integrated SET/AHP/AD is proposed to improve the applicability and safety of fruit transport.Firstly,analyse the SET factors of the orchard transporter to obtain the product opportunity gap;secondly,construct a hierarchical model of the hilly orchard transporter through user research and AHP hierarchical analysis to obtain the demand weight values;then,derive the design parameters to complete the scheme design by combining the mapping relationship in AD axiomatic design;finally,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the scheme.A hilly orchard transporter is obtained.Practice shows that the designed hilly orchard transporter makes up for the inaccurate definition of the user domain and the influence of the designer's subjective factors,and improves the environmental adaptability as well as the degree of intelligence of the hilly orchard transporter.
