摘 要:在保证耐久性和可靠性的前提下,提高共享单车坐垫的舒适度体验是其设计的关键,主观感受是舒适性的直接映射。研究探索结合最大差异测量法与体压分布测试实验,对比分析了5种不同型面坐垫的B-W得分与体压分布特征,据此提出了坐垫型面优化设计建议,并用100组实验数据对神经网络进行训练,建立了评价模型。结果表明客观测量数据无法完全表征共享单车坐垫的舒适性。坐骨的主观感受是整体舒适性评估的关键。横向宽度指标显著的坐垫,坐骨压力梯度变化理想。坐垫宽度与型面各区域的高度差会影响坐垫舒适性。凹槽可以明显降低体压对尾骨及会阴的影响。该模型可较为准确地预测单车坐垫的舒适度。对于多用户共享产品,该方法可在设计开发中识别型面与整体舒适度的关联设计问题,提升产品人机工效体验,服务于共享产品设计开发。In the context of ensuring durability and reliability,improving the comfort experience of shared bicycle saddles is pivotal in their design,with subjective perception being a direct reflection of comfort.This study explores the combination of Best-Worst Scaling with body pressure distribution tests,conducting comparative analysis on the B-W scores and pressure distribution characteristics of five different saddle designs.Based on this,optimization design suggestions for saddle surfaces are proposed.Additionally,a neural network is trained using 100 sets of experimental data to establish an evaluation model.The results indicate that objective measurement data cannot fully capture the comfort of shared bicycle saddles.The subjective perception of the sit bones is crucial for the overall comfort assessment.A significantly wider saddle demonstrates an ideal variation in sit bone pressure gradients.The saddle width and height differences in various regions of the surface can affect saddle comfort.Grooves can significantly reduce the impact of pressure on the coccyx and perineum.This model can predict the comfort level of bicycle saddles fairly accurately.For multi-user shared products,this method can identify the correlation between surface design and overall comfort during the design and development phase,enhancing the human-machine efficiency experience of the product,and serving the design and development of shared products.
