基于KANO模型的棋牌桌适老化设计

摘　　要：为帮助老年人群更好地适应社交与娱乐活动,提升他们的参与感和生活质量,对现有棋牌桌进行优化设计。首先,介绍了Kano模型的基础理论及其应用,通过深入的用户调研和需求分析,并结合适老化设计原则对用户需求进行分层;其次,并对这些需求进行了分类和优先级排序,归纳出棋牌桌适老化设计的核心要素;最终,以棋牌桌为例进行目标产品的适老化设计,为棋牌桌产品设计提供了设计方法和流程。提出棋牌桌适老化设计策略,改良设计棋牌桌。Kano模型的应用有助于分析棋牌桌适老化的用户需求和各个需求的重要程度,并指导适老化棋牌桌的优化设计,从而设计出更符合老年人群需求的棋牌桌,为适老化娱乐产品设计提供了参考与启示。In order to help the elderly better adapt to social and recreational activities,improve their sense of participation and quality of life,the existing chess and card tables were optimized.Firstly,the basic theory and application of the Kano model were introduced,and the user needs were stratified through in-depth user research and demand analysis,combined with the old saying design principle.Secondly,these requirements were classified and prioritized,and the core elements of the age-appropriate design of chess and card tables were summarized.Finally,the aging design of the target product is carried out by taking the chess table as an example,and the design method and process are provided for the design of the chess and card table product.The design strategy of chess and card tables for aging was proposed,and the design of chess and card tables was improved.The application of the Kano model is helpful to analyze the user needs and the importance of each demand for the age-appropriate chess and card tables,and to guide the optimal design of the age-appropriate chess and card tables,so as to design the chess and card tables that are more in line with the needs of the elderly,which provides a reference and enlightenment for the design of age-appropriate entertainment products.
