摘  要:研制了一种薄层电化学检测流动系统,以适用于船载与浮标应用的摇摆环境。利用差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法,进行水体中Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的分析检测。考察了仪器系统的稳定性和检测灵敏度等性能指标,通过对薄层流动电解池的设计以及利用多壁碳纳米管修饰工作电极,进行水体中Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的检测。Cd^(2+)的检出限为0.02μg/L,Pb^(2+)的检出限为0.17μg/L,线性范围为0.2~100μg/L,可初步应用于水体中Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的在线检测。结合硫脲参与聚合以引入硫基团,增强对Pb^(2+)的吸附能力,利用制备的聚吡咯硫脲修饰电极进一步提高对Pb^(2+)的检测灵敏度,方法检出限为0.03μg/L,线性范围为0.1~100μg/L,加标回收率为93.3%~110%。方法显示了较好的灵敏度和重现性,通过对检测仪器的优化,可实现水体中Pb^(2+)的在线检测应用。A thin-layer electrochemical flow detection system is developed for the analysis of Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)in water by differential pulse stripping anode stripping voltammetry(DPASV)in ship or buoy applications.The stability and sensitivity of the electroanalytical system are also investigated.After optimized the flow cell structure and applied the modified electrode using multi-wall carbon nanotube,a detection limit of 0.02μg/L for Cd^(2+)and 0.17μg/L for Pb^(2+)could be obtained,with linear range of 0.2-100μg/L.The electroanalytical system can be preliminarily applied to the on-line determination of Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)in water.In order to further improve the detection sensitivity,pyrrole electropolymerized conductive modified electrode was employed,by which thiourea was involved in the polymerization to introduce sulfur groups to increase the adsorption capacity of Pb^(2+).The detection limit is found to be 0.03μg/L,and the linear range is 0.1-100μg/L for Pb^(2+)with recoveries of 93.3%-110%.The system has been successfully applied to the on-line determination of Pb^(2+)in water after the optimization of instrumental conditions.
