摘　　要：俄朝关系是俄罗斯东北亚政策的重要组成部分。战略观念是推动俄朝关系发生转变的根本原因:俄罗斯的“东转战略”思想与俄朝相互契合的国际秩序观共同激发了俄朝合作的战略主动性,而美西方的战略挤压则又增强了俄朝合作的战略应对性。国家利益决定了俄朝合作的主要方向:安全与经济利益是俄罗斯对朝政策中的长期固有关切,而劳务合作在短期内则是具有较大增长潜力的新领域。体系要素决定了俄朝合作的发展限度:在西方制裁背景下,俄朝的经济能力限制了双方的合作深度;东北亚地区的安全局势则决定了俄朝合作的广度。战略观念、国家利益、体系要素共同塑造了俄乌冲突背景下俄朝合作的基本样貌,而该分析框架也为探究俄罗斯整体对外政策转型提供了全新的分析视角。Russia-North Korea relations are an important party of Russia's diplomacy on Northeast Asia and the change of Russia-North Korea relations also results from the new strategic concept of Russia's diplomacy.Russia's"turn to the east"strategy and common view on the international order have promoted the activeness of the two countries for cooperation,while the strategic squeeze of the US and the West has enhanced the strategic responsiveness of Russia-North Korea cooperation.National interests determine the main direction of Russia-North Korea cooperation.Security and economic interests are the long-term inherent interests in Russia's policy toward North Korea,and labor cooperation is a new field with obvious growth potential in the short term.International system elements determine the development limit of Russia-North Korea cooperation.Under the background of Western sanctions,Russia and North Korea's economic capabilities limit the depth of their cooperation,and the security situation in Northeast Asia determines the breadth of Russia-North Korea cooperation.Strategic concepts,national interests,and international system elements jointly shape the basic features of Russia-North Korea cooperation against the backdrop of Russia-Ukraine conflict,and this framework also provides a useful analytical perspective for exploring the overall transformation of Russia's diplomacy.
