毛糯米椴嫩枝扦插繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：以半木质化1a生毛糯米椴(Tiliahenryana Szyszyl.)萌条为试验材料,研究了以萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、吲哚丁酸+萘乙酸(NAA+IBA)、GGR 4种激素及不同浓度的IBA为生根剂,以草炭+珍珠岩、草炭、珍珠岩、河沙、生黄土为扦插基质,试验对毛糯米椴嫩枝扦插生根的影响,结果表明:2000mg/L IBA速蘸处理,选择透气性和保水性,且营养丰富的草炭和珍珠岩混配扦插基质,生根效果最好,其生根率可达92%。With semi lignified 1a Tilia henryana Szyszyl.sprouts as experimental materials,using naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),indoric acid(IBA),indobutyrate+naphthalene acetic acid(NAA+IBA),GGR and different concentrations of IBA as rooting agents,with peat+perlite,peat,perlite,river sand,raw loess as the cutting substrate,the effects of rooting on the tender branch cutting of Tilia henryana Szyszyl.was studied,the results showed that the 2000mg/L IBA quick dipping treatment selected breathability and water retention,and was nutrient rich.The best rooting effect can be achieved by mixing peat and perlite as cutting substrates,with a rooting rate of up to 92%.
